In March last year, Rolling Stone published a report in which the production staff reported the toxic set environment with creative differences surrounding the series.
One source described it as a“sh-t show”in the wake of the various delays, reshoots, and rewrites, adding that the content got much darker than what was originally planned. It only got worse when the show premiered, with many doubting its creative vision, leading it to become more controversial.
